How do your shirts fit?
We try and include a size chart on every product listed, so that should have you covered if we run a design on a special garment or if our regular stock is hard to come by (which has happened quite a bit during the pandemic).
Generally speaking though…
Our standard tees are what we consider a more athletic/fashion cut. If you’re between sizes or prefer a more classic fit, you’ll probably want to size up.
Our favorite sweatshirts to print on have a classic fit, so we’d recommend ordering those true to size.
How much do you donate to charity?
We donate a portion of all sales made through the website.
- Release Campaigns
We donate $5 to a specified local charity for every shirt sold during one of our release campaigns.
- Regular Stock
Typically, the donation from regular stock items works out to be around 10%. This varies though, depending on what stock we’ve ordered, promo codes used, etc.
Do you pay your artists?
Of course! We love working with talented people and want them to be fairly compensated. Artists are paid $3 per shirt sold.
Can I return an item?
Returns/exchanges are very limited for a few reasons.
- As a small business, we don’t keep a huge inventory of shirts.
- The donation associated with your order has probably already been made once you receive the item.
We recommend double checking the size chart associated with the items you’re going to order.
But, you messed up my order!
Even though we do our best to stay on top of everything that goes out the door, we recognize that mistakes happen. If you notice an error that was made with your order, please email us at email@example.com and we’ll make arrangements to make it right.
I ordered the wrong thing! HELP!
We are able to change/cancel your order if you catch an error before your items are fulfilled. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to accommodate the updates.
Why haven’t I received my order?
Most often, this question is tied to an order from one of our special release campaigns. We order a certain amount of the items up front and the rest of the order is fulfilled at the close of the campaign. If we have your size in stock, we will send it out ASAP. Otherwise, we ask that you give us 14 days from the close of the campaign to get the full order printed and shipped.
Will you ship to *insert location outside of the continental US here*?
Maybe. We do our best to accommodate orders from all over the world, but a lot of times the cost to get your items there is a turn-off. International Shipping is enabled on our website though, so start the checkout process and check out the cost to get your item to you.
